Teaching

Senior Lecturer, Maqsut Narikbayev University

2025–present

I teach more than 170 students each year across advanced English, language teaching, and educational technology courses. I deliver courses for pre-service teachers, covering AI-assisted, mobile-assisted, and game-based language learning, with original assessments requiring students to align technology choices with second-language acquisition theory and evidence-based methods. I design a mixed-methods research seminar for graduate students and founded the university’s English-language book club. My teaching is grounded in CEFR-aligned assessment design, and is guided by communicative and task-based teaching methods. I also supervise undergraduate capstone projects.
